Where is my order?

VIA EMAIL:
You will receive a confirmation email plus a second email with tracking information and link to track your order in real-time.
 

VIA YOUR ACCOUNT:
Log in to your Kali Kouture Boutique account and select “View Order Status,” then “View Order Details.” Your tracking information will be at the bottom of the page.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed during normal business hours are sent for processing within the hour. Depending on the item purchased and warehouse location, the current processing time can be up to 3-7 business days. We make every attempt to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible. We do not ship on weekends and/or nationally observed US holidays.

Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on fulfilling it right away, so we are unable to accept changes or to cancel an order once it's been placed. Please look over your order carefully making sure it's correct, prior to submitting.

How will my package be shipped?

We use UPS, USPS, and Fedex for domestic Standard and Priority Shipping. 

To find out which carrier was used, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping email.

What are my shipping options if I live outside of the U.S.?

We offer shipping to international addresses via USPS Priority Mail. All duties and taxes/customs expenses are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid by Kali Kouture Boutique. Please be aware that if you refuse your package due to having to pay duties and/or taxes you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Your shipping costs will not be able to be refunded.

My tracking says that my order is being returned to the sender. What can I do?

If your tracking shows that your order was undeliverable and is being returned to us, we can resend your order to the same or alternative shipping address with a second shipping fee.

My package is marked as “delivered” but I can’t find it.

Here’s what we suggest doing:

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Speak with your regular postman or delivery driver
  • Ask your roommates or neighbors if they accepted your delivery
  • Check again the end of the next day
  • Contact the shipping carrier: USPS (1-800-222-1811), UPS (1-800-742-5877), or FEDEX (1-800-463-3339)
