You can return a product within 3 business days of your delivery date for a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping costs.
If you are unable to return your order within the first 3 business days, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days from your delivery date.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Personal items such as adhesive bras, bodysuits, intimate apparel, earrings, swimsuits, adult novelties, etc. cannot be returned **
- Returned items must have tags attached and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- At this time we do not offer exchanges

*Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed from the date received • Refunds and in-store credit will be issued net of return costs when applicable • We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who makes excessive returns as per management's discretion • Items received after the 14 day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will only be shipped back at the customer’s expense • Packages lost or damaged during transit are the responsibility of the shipping agent. Damaged or incorrect orders
If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately.
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not the size ordered, you have 3 business days from the time you receive your order to contact us. Please send an email, preferably with pictures, to contact@KaliKoutureBoutique.com
After 3 business days, we are unable to replace or refund damaged items.
Returns must be mailed and postmarked no more than 14 days from the date the order was received. Returns older than 14 days will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit issued. After 45 days, returns will not be accepted and will only be shipped back at customer's expense.
Customers must pay all shipping costs associated with returns. Customers must track returned items and purchase shipping insurance if they chose to do so. Packages lost or damaged during transit to our facility are the responsibility of the shipping agent. Any claims for such must be filed directly with the shipping agent by the customer.
We currently do not offer exchanges, please follow the return guidelines. Once your returned item is processed, a store credit is applied to your account which you can use towards the purchase of the new item. We cannot hold items for a return.
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery as long as the item has not been worn, laundered, soiled or altered in any way. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags, all accessories and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shoes must be in original box and box may not be used as the shipping box.
Returns for costumes will only be accepted until the 24th of October provided that they meet our criteria listed above.
Federal Health Regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear are delicate by nature, all sales are final on the following items: teddies, panties, thongs, men's boxers/underwear, hosiery, pasties, pastie glue, wigs, wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories, body jewelry, body creams, gels, vibrators, adhesive items or any similar romantic gifts (NO EXCEPTIONS).
